Steps and Features:
To get the full support of Pix'S Tribe, you need to follow the steps :
- Launch the files scanner. This step will retreive all photos stored on your network (all volumes must be mounted on the machine where Pix'S Tribe is installed) . Raw and Jpg formats are supported.
- After the first step ends, launch the indexing interface. Be patient, this step will take a wild. It's be better for this step to plug your computer physicaly. During this step, Pix'S tribe gets all Exif informations of your remote pictures. It supports NFS and AFP network file protocols.
- Now you are ready to use the research cell
I know that the indexing step is the longest one, so to avoid this steps on all
computers where Pix'S Tribe is installed, you can export and import the cache
files.
